Scope of work.

Factory and warehouse power distribution

Design and install main switchboards, sub-boards, distribution boards and power distribution for industrial factories and warehouses.

Circuit breakers and cable sizing

Use Ecodial and Vipcoda to size circuit breakers and cables around the equipment requirements and distribution design.

DIALux lighting design

Use manufacturers’ IES files to plan lighting for production and storage areas. Set installation spacing and mounting height to achieve the intended illuminance.

ELV and supply alterations

Design and install ELV systems alongside additions, alterations and electrical supply upgrades. Coordinate documentation and applicable approvals with the responsible site representatives.

Information to prepare.

Share what you have. We can identify the remaining information together.

  • Your equipment list, electrical ratings and expected operating hours.
  • Available single-line diagrams, distribution layouts and plans for expansion.
  • Production restrictions, site access requirements and possible shutdown windows.

Agree the details before work begins.

Use these points to define the proposal, responsibilities and records your team needs. Final deliverables depend on the agreed scope.

  1. Before work

Load schedule and design basis, including machinery interfaces and expansion allowances.

  2. During delivery

Cable routes, isolation boundaries and installation stages coordinated with production.

  3. At handover

Agreed inspection records, circuit labels and updated distribution drawings.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can an existing factory system support new equipment?

That depends on available capacity, the existing distribution system and how the equipment operates. Share the new equipment ratings and current drawings so the review can cover demand, protection and connection requirements.

Can the work be divided into phases?

A phased approach can be assessed against the facility layout and electrical connections. The key is to identify which systems can be isolated independently and which activities depend on a shared shutdown.

What if our electrical drawings are out of date?

Provide the records you have and flag known changes. Site tracing and a review of the existing installation can be included when defining the project scope.

Plan the next step.

Discuss your
electrical project.

Tell us your site location, the work you need and your planned schedule. Drawings and equipment lists help us assess the scope.
